Big & Small Paralegal Services will be happy to protect your logo, company name or combination of both by filing your Trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a low flat fee.  Below you can click on and order this service, on the order form fill out the information requested and we will start the process with a clearance search to ensure there are no conflicts.  When the clearance search is done we will work with you to gather the required information for the application.  Before we submit your completed application we will send it to you to verify all the information is accurate.  A rejected application, for any reason, will lose it's application fee.  Finally we will file your application.

Trademark filing schedule: Once the application is filed the USPTO could take up to two years to process it. (Yes, it's on their website) A serial number will be issued for you to track your application progress.  We will always be available for questions but tracking the application progress will be up to you.  The flat fee listed includes the application fee, and filing fee for one class.  Additional classes will be invoiced, if needed.
